Who we are…
Byrd Crepe came alive in the Fall of 2025. We started with the decades of experience making crepes for our twin boys. This lead to our decision to start a pop-up food service for area markets and catering events. We use organic items, natural ingredients, and other ways to feel great about eating one, or two of our crepes.
